Recipe Ingredients for Mince on mash

125 g beef mince, lean
1 tsp olive oil
400 g potatoes
1 tbsp butter
400 g tinned tomatoes
20 g spring onion, chopped
60 g broccoli, chopped
1 tbsp curry powder
1 tbsp Worcestershire sauce
1 tbsp mixed herbs

Recipe Directions for Mince on mash

  1. Chop spuds

  2. Start them boiling

  3. Brown mince in pan with oil

  4. Add curry powder

  5. Cook for a while

  6. Add tomatoes, soy, herbs

  7. Turn down to low heat and let it cook down

  8. When rice and mince are nearly done, add broccoli, spinach, and spring onion to mince

  9. Cook till done

  10. Mash spuds with butter

  11. Assemble and serve
