Nice wholesome mince for a cold day.

Recipe Ingredients for mince homemade

500 g beef mince
1 medium onion
2 medium carrots
100 ml beef stock
5 ml vegetable oil
15 g tomato puree

Recipe Directions for mince homemade

Heat oil in pan and add diced onion. Satee intill soft and add mince to brown. Add stock, tomato puree and carrots (diced), bring to boil and simmer for 30 minutes. Cover and ensure the pan does not boil dry. Additional seasoning can be added to taste, such as salt pepper garlic or herbs. I find that the stock is salty enough not to need any more. Thicken if required.
