Recipe Ingredients for Mim's Hi Fibre Pancakes

1 cup dry Old Fashioned Quaker Oats
1 cup Wheat Flour, Whole-grain
0.25 cup Flaxseed
0.5 cup Oat Bran
0.5 cup, unpacked Sugars, Brown
2 large Egg, Whole
1.5 cup Milk, Lowfat, Fluid, 1% Milkfat
1 tbsp Vinegar distilled
1 Teaspoon Baking Powder
1 tsp Leavening Agents, Baking Soda

Recipe Directions for Mim's Hi Fibre Pancakes

Put milk in a large measuring cup, add vinegar, set aside to sour. Mix all dry ingredients together in a large bowl. Add eggs to milk and blend well. Pour milk and egg mixture into dry ingredients and cook in non stick pan. You can use a 4 second spray of canola oil if you like.
