Recipe Ingredients for Mimosa Fruit Salad

0.12 ounces Peach Jell-O (2 large packages)
32 ounces club soda
3 cups boiling water
30 ounces (2 - 15 ounce cans) mandarin oranges

Recipe Directions for Mimosa Fruit Salad

  1. Stir boiling water into dry gelatin mix in large bowl at least two minutes until completely dissolved. Stir in club soda. Refrigerate between one and one and a half hours or until thickened (spoon drawn through leaves definite impression).

  2. Stir in oranges. Pour into 9x5 inch loaf pan sprayed with cooking spray.

  3. Refrigerate four hours or until firm. Remove from loaf pan. Store leftover gelatin in refrigerator.
