1 teaspoon garlic
1/2 teaspoon cumin
4 cloves garlic
1 tablespoon oil
1 tablespoon butter
1 medium onion

Recipe Directions for MiMi's majedra (white rice)

put in all the ingredients in a sauce pan bring to full a boil. Turn heat down to low with lid on (do not open) for 25 minutes stir and serve top with chopped parsley
