Recipe Ingredients for Mimi's Mac & Cheese

16 oz nonfat cottage cheese
8 oz lowfat sour cream
1 egg
2 cups shredded sharp cheddar cheese
8 oz penne

Recipe Directions for Mimi's Mac & Cheese

  1. Combine cottage cheese, sour cream, and egg. Add garlic powder and black pepper to taste if you wish.

  2. Add in cheddar; mix well.

  3. Add cooked pasta and stir until coated thoroughly.

  4. Transfer to a greased baking dish.

  5. Bake uncovered 25-30 min @ 350.
