Recipe Ingredients for mimis bread

1 cup warm water
1 T sugar
1 t salt
2 T safflower oil
3 c unbleached flour
1 T yeast

Recipe Directions for mimis bread

  1. Combime water, yeast, and sugar in small bowl let sit for 10 minutes let yeast activate.

  2. Build bowl with four and salt.

  3. Pour yeast mixture into center of flour. Add oil. Kneed from center outwards until dough is firm and smooth.

  4. Let dough rise until you can poke it and it comes back up.

  5. Form into loaf.

  6. Bake at 400 until golden brown.
