1 packet Splenda No Calorie
1 tsp. cinnamon
1/2 tsp. baking powder
1 egg white
5 grams oil

Recipe Directions for MIM

Combine all ingredients in a microwavable mug. Heat on high for one minute. Invert on a plate and enjoy. This muffin dries out quickly.
