Super healthy soup that you can play around with by adding different veggies each time. The seaweed really flavors the broth.

Recipe Ingredients for Milosh soup

3 large (7-1/4" to 8-1/2" long) Carrots
28 oz Diced Tomatoes
1 cup Green Lentils
1/2 cup Quinoa
1/2 cup Amaranth
2 cup, chopped Broccoli
8 tbsp Olive Oil
2 tsp Salt, Table
225 grams Kale
2 tbsp (1/8 cup) Seaweed, Wakame
6 cup (8 fl oz) Water

Recipe Directions for Milosh soup

Boil water, add grains and salt, boil 30 minutes, add broccoli and boil for 5 minutes, turn off heat and add seaweed and greens last. Let cool for at least 10 minutes. Put lovage or parsley on top and serve. Yum!
