Recipe Ingredients for Millie's Fish Chowder

1 pound Haddock
2 cups carrots, chopped
2 medium potatoes
2 cups non fat milk
1 cup fat free half and half
2 tbsp flour
1 tsp Ground Black Pepper
2 serving Wylers Sodium Free Chicken Flovor

Recipe Directions for Millie's Fish Chowder

Peel the potatoes and cube them. Add the potatoes and fish to a 6 quart covered sauce pan with about 1 cup water and the bouillon. Bring to a boil and simmer for about 15 minutes until potatoes are tender. Add the frozen veggies and cook for another 5-6 minutes. Add the milk, half and half and salt substitute and heat until hot. Do not boil! Mix the flour with about 2 tbsp water and mix until well blended. Add some of the hot milk to the flour mixture and gradually add this mixture to the pot, stirring until it began to thicken just a bit. Add fresh ground pepper before serving.
