Recipe Ingredients for Millet with Shrimp

2 tbsp Extra Virgin Coconut Oil
0.67 cup Millet, Cooked
20 large Shrimp, Mixed Species
0.33 cup International Harvest Organic Roasted Cashews
1 medium whole (2-3/5" dia) Tomatoes, Red, Ripe
2 tbsp Butter
308.3 grams Vegetable Broth
1/4 tsp Spices Ground Black Pepper
6 serving Liquid Aminos
5.4 grams Cornstarch
1 tsp Ginger Root
0.8 packet Stevia
1/4 tsp Red Pepper
6 oz Edamame (Soybeans)

Recipe Directions for Millet with Shrimp

  1. In lg sauce pan cook millet in the butter until lightly browned. Stir in veggie broth & add black pepper - bring to boil,; reduce, then cover & simmer for 15 mins. Remove from heat & stir in cashews - keep warm while stir-frying shrimp.

  2. In a seperate bowl stir braggs into cornstarch; add ginger root, stevia, & red pepper - set aside.

  3. Preheat wok or lg skillet over high heat with coconut oil. Stir-fry shrimp (1 -2 min) - move them to the side of the pan.

  4. In center add cornstarch mixture - stir until bubbly & thickened. Add edemama and tomato. Cover & cook 1 min. serve over millet mixture.
