Hearty, buttery, sweet muffins without the added guilt!

Recipe Ingredients for Millet Muffins

1 3/4 cup whole wheat flour
1/2 cup ground flaxseed
1/3 cup millet
1 t. baking powder
1 t. baking soda
1 t. salt
1/4 cup brown sugar
1/2 t. cinnamon
1 cup milk
1 egg
1/2 cup canola oil
1/4 cup honey
1/2 cup dried cranberries

Recipe Directions for Millet Muffins

Mix all dry ingredients in a large bowl. Add we ingredients to dry and stir until just moistened (no more dry spots). Add dried cranberries and pour into 16 greased muffin cups. Bake at 400 degrees for 10 minutes.
