1.25 cup Milk, Lowfat, Fluid, 1% Milkfat
1 dash Salt, Table
0.5 cup (8 fl oz) Water
1 pat (1" sq, 1/3" high) Butter

Recipe Directions for Millet Kasha

  1. Bring milk & water & salt to boil, add millet

  2. lower heat, add butter, stir, & cover

  3. Simmer for about 15 minutes
