6 zuchinis
1 onion
3 tablespoons of flax meal
1 cup of millet
1 tablespoon of olive oil
1 cup of low fat milk
1 teaspoon of salt
1/8 teaspoon of pepper
6 tablespoon of water
2 tablespoons of parsley
1 teaspoon of baking powder

Recipe Directions for Millet bread

  1. Cook the millet until tender

  2. Cut the zuchinis y small pieces

  3. cut the onion and the garlic

  4. Mix all the ingredients

  5. put in an oven proof pan and bake cover for 25 minutes at 375. uncover and bake until brown the top
