Note: A variation on the I Can't Believe It's Not Butter Cooking & Baking Sticks recipe "Unbelievably Delicious Chocolate Chip Cookies. Items used, not currently on Food Log: ICBINB sticks, DiabetiSweet brown sugar substitute, milk chocolate chips. Additional salt is omitted.

Recipe Ingredients for Milk Chocolate & Peanut Butter Chip Cookies

2 cups all-purpose flour
1/2 teaspoon baking soda
1 cup margarine
3/4 cup Splenda brown sugar blend
1/4 cup Splenda granulated
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
1/4 cup EggBeaters
1 cup chocolate chips
1 cup peanut butter chips

Recipe Directions for Milk Chocolate & Peanut Butter Chip Cookies

  1. Preheat oven to 375 degrees F.

  2. Combine flour with baking soda in a small bowl; set aside.

  3. Beat margarine with sugars in large bowl with electric mixer until just combined, about 2 minutes. Beat in vanilla and egg. Beat in flour mixture on low speed just until blended. Stir in chips.

  4. Drop by tablespoonfuls onto ungreased baking sheets. Bake 9 minutes or until edges are golden. Remove cookies to wire rack to cool.
