Recipe Ingredients for Milk Challah Dough

1.75 cup (8 fl oz) Water
75 grams Milk, Dry, Whole
0.75 oz Yeast
1 tsp Salt, Table
4 large Egg, Whole
100 grams Sugars, Brown
0.5 cup Butter
7 cup Wheat Flour, White, All-purpose, Enriched, Unbleached
2 tbsp Cinnamon, Ground

Recipe Directions for Milk Challah Dough

  1. Mix everything together.

  2. Don't knead

  3. Allow to rise for 2hrs

  4. Refrigerate (not airtight)

  5. For baking:

  6. Cut the piece, shape and let it rest for 80min

  7. Bake on a baking stone to 350F (Preheated)
