A quick, easy to make salad, a typical Italian side dish. This is the original vinaigrette: vinegar, olive oil, salt and pepper. Notice that instead of drowning the salad in oil, I added water to reduce the acidity of the vinegar.

100 g frisee lettuce
100 g mushrooms, sliced
1 pinch salt
1 pinch pepper
2 tbsp vinegar
1 tbsp olive oil
4 tbsp water
