Patak's Mild chicken curry recipe

Recipe Ingredients for Mild Chicken Curry

1 tbs curry paste
1 lb chicken breast
1 cup coconut milk
1 tbs vegetable oil
1 Stewed Tomatoes
1 onion

Recipe Directions for Mild Chicken Curry

  1. In medium size pan gently heat oil and fry onion until golden.

  2. Stir in Patak's Paste and add chicken, cook for 3 minutes until meat is sealed.

  3. Add tomatoes and simmer for 10 min.

  4. Add cream and cilantro, simmer on low heat for 10 minutes until meat is cooked.
