Recipe Ingredients for Milanesa

1/2 cup breadcrumbs
16 ounce steaks
1 egg
1/2 cup flour

Recipe Directions for Milanesa

Beat 1 egg in a bowl by itself. Put flour in a dish, and put bread crums in another dish. Season the meat with salt, pepper, onion powder, and garlic powder. Dip steak in flour both sides, next dip both sies in egg, then both sided in breadcrumbs. Place into frying pan with heated up oil.
