This is a single serving of my Mom's Milanesa.

Recipe Ingredients for Milanesa (1 serving, 4 oz. steak breaded and fried)

112 grams Beef
1 serving Bread Crumbs Italian Style
1 tsp Parsley, Dried
0.25 large Egg, White
0.5 tsp Garlic Powder
2 1tsp Vegetable Oil, Canola

Recipe Directions for Milanesa (1 serving, 4 oz. steak breaded and fried)

Heat oil over medium/low heat. Tenderize the steak until very thin. Season with black pepper. Beat an egg and stir in garlic powder. Quickly dip the steak into the egg, coat both sides. Dip into the breadcrumbs (mix the parsley into the breadcrumbs first), shake off excess. Lay into the oil and cook until lightly browned. Squeeze lemon juice over the top when serving.
