8 slice Butterball Bacon Style Turkey

Recipe Directions for Mikey's pasta

Preheat oven to 375 degrees. Lay bacon on a roasting rack positioned over a sheet pan with sides. Bake until crisp, about 20 minutes. Cool and crumble. Boil pasta until al dente. Heat olive oil and add garlic; cook about 2 minutes. Add onions and mushrooms and saute for 4 minutes. Add spinach and saute for 1-2 minutes. Add tomatoes and stir for 1 minute. Set aside. Drain pasta, reserving a little water, and add pasta to skillet with vegetables; toss. Add a small amount of pasta cooking water to the sauce. Add grated cheese and stir. Salt and pepper to taste. Transfer to a large serving bowl and top with the crumbled bacon.
