Recipe Ingredients for Mikey Burger

2 lbs GROUND BEEF
1 tbsp BROWN SUGAR
1/2 tbsp DRY MUSTARD
1 tsp PAPRIKA
1 tsp CHILI POWDER
1 tsp BLACK PEPPER
1/2 tsp CAYENNE POWDER
1/2 tsp GARLIC SALT
1/2 tsp CELERY SALT
1/2 tsp SMOKED SALT
2 tbs Worcestershire sauce

Recipe Directions for Mikey Burger

  1. pre-heat grill.

  2. mix all ingredients in a large bowl. Roll the mixture into 6 balls (150g per patty). Use patty press to make them into patties. Use wax paper to separate them.

  3. grill 5-7 minutes per side, or until done.
