Recipe Ingredients for Mike's Low Fat Turkey Chili

1 tbsp olive oil
1 medium onion, diced
2 cloves garlic, minced
1 lb ground white turkey, 98% fat free
1/2 green pepper, chopped
2 stalks celery, diced
38 oz kidney beans, drained and rinsed
28 oz diced tomatoes
2 tbsp chili powder, to taste
1/2 tsp black pepper
2 tsp salt
1/8 tsp red pepper flakes, to taste

Recipe Directions for Mike's Low Fat Turkey Chili

  1. Saute onion and garlic in the oil. Take out of pan.

  2. Saute turkey in remaining juices and oil.

  3. Mix all ingredients in crock pot and heat to serve.
