0.4 cup Wheat Flour, White, All-purpose, Enriched, Unbleached
0.4 cup Gold Medal Whole Wheat Flour
0.1 cup Shortening, Multipurpose, Soybean (Hydrogenated) And Palm (Hydrogenated)
1 oz Water
0.38 tsp Cinnamon, Ground
0.38 tsp Nutmeg, Ground
0.25 cup Sugars, Granulated

Recipe Directions for Mike's Leftover Pie Dough Cinnamon, Nutmeg, and Sugar Pinwheels #1

  1. In a small bowl mix together 3/8 tsp. cinnamon, 3/8 tsp. nutmeg, and 1/4 cup of sugar.

  2. Roll out leftover pie dough in a rough square shape and spread the cinnamon, nutmeg, and sugar mixture evenly over the rolled out dough.

  3. Roll up the dough with the cinnamon, nutmeg, and sugar mixture inside, slice into 1" thick rounds and bake at 425 degree F. for 15 minutes or until golden brown.
