1 potatoes, peeled
1 tbsp onion, chopped
1 cloves garlic, crushed and chopped
1 tsp olive oil
1 Salt
1 Pepper

Recipe Directions for Mike's Great Homefried Potatoes

  1. Dice potatoes and chop garlic and onion.

  2. Heat oil over medium heat in a regular pan. Add garlic and onion, and shake to coat/separate them.

  3. Once they begin to brown, add potatoes. Flip ocasionally by tossing them, or by spatula.

  4. Depending on how big your dice are, they'll be ready in about 10 -15 mins.
