Recipe Ingredients for Mike's Chili

2 lbs lean ground beef
31 oz chili beans, drained
30 oz tomato sauce
16 oz tomato juice
32 oz water
1/2 medium yellow onion, chopped
1/2 cup brown sugar
1 tbsp chili powder

Recipe Directions for Mike's Chili

  1. brown ground beef & onions. Drain and transfer to large pot.

  2. Add remaining ingredients.

  3. Bring to a boil

  4. Simmer until desired consistency
