Recipe Ingredients for Migas for two

1 small onion
1 medium bell pepper
1 1/2 tbs jalapeno
2 cloves garlic
4 ounce Black Beans
14 ounce tomatoes, chopped
6 eggs
2 tbs milk
1 tsp salt
1 tsp pepper

Recipe Directions for Migas for two

cook onion, bell pepper, garlic and jalapeno until tender. Drain beans and tomatoes and add to saute pan. Mix milk and eggs throughly. pour over mixture and let sit for a minute before stirring. Add salt and pepper. Cook until eggs are done. Serve warm with tortilla chips.
