Recipe Ingredients for Migas

5 serving Egg, Whole
6 tortillas 6" White Corn Tortillas 12ct
3 tablespoon Oil, canola
5 serving Picante Hot Sauce

Recipe Directions for Migas

  1. Cut tortillas into 1" square pieces and fry in oil until golden over medium heat

  2. Add picante sauce and bring to a simmer.

  3. Add eggs directly to the pan, breaking the yolks, but not mixing them thoroughly until they start to set.
