Not too bad on fat and calories, freeze well so you can take out 1-2 at a time

Recipe Ingredients for Midnights

1 cup brown sugar
1/2 cup margarine
2 eggs
1 teaspoon vanilla
1 1/2 cups flour
1/4 cup cocoa powder
1/2 teaspoon baking soda

Recipe Directions for Midnights

Cream sugar and margarine together, add eggs and vanilla and beat well. Add in remaining, stir. Refrigerate 1 hour. Preheat oven to 350 degrees, drop by spoonfuls on baking sheets sprayed with Pam. Bake 8-10 minutes, until done. Remove and let cool 2 minutes on sheets, put on rack to finish cooling.
