1 romaine lettuce 1 med green bell 3 clove garlic 1 cup parsley 1/2 cup mint 1/2 fresh herbs 2 med tomatoes 2 med cucumber 2 tbs olive oil 3 tsp lemon juice fresh salt

1 serving Singles Lettuce
2 medium Cucumber
2 medium whole (2-3/5" dia) Tomatoes, Red, Ripe
1 medium raw Bell Pepper Green
1 cup fresh Parsley
1 oz Mint
2 1tsp Olive Oil
1 1/2 cups Fresh Herb Salad
2 Teaspoon Juice
3 Teaspoon Juice
3 clove Garlic

  1. chop all the above ingredients

  2. mix well add the olive oil /lemon/minced garlic and salt
