Juicy chicken thights with a mediterranean twist

Recipe Ingredients for Mid Eastern Chicken Thighs

8 fl oz Organic Low Sodium Chicken Broth
1 1tsp Olive Oil
2 tablespoons red wine vinegar
1 cup, chopped Onions
8 thigh, bone and skin removed Chicken, Thigh, Meat Only
3 tsp Gourmet Blends Garam Marsala
1 tsp Curry Powder
4 fl oz Wine, Table, Red

Recipe Directions for Mid Eastern Chicken Thighs

  1. Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium heat. Stir in onion, cook and stir until onion has softened and turned lightly brown, about 7 minutes. Remove from skillet and set aside.

  2. Increase heat to medium hign. Season one side of the thighs with half the garam marsala and curry powder. Place the chicken seasoning side down in the skillet, and season the other side with the remaining spices. Continute cooking chicken until browned on both sides, about 4 minutes on each side. Pour in the red wine and the red wine vinegar. Simmer for aout 30 seconds, scraping up browned bits from the pan. Bring to a boil. Cover and reduce heat to medium low. Simmer the chicken untu\il no longer pink in the center, about 20 minutes.
