Recipe Ingredients for Microwaved Crisps / Potato Chips

21.33 oz Potatoes
1/2 tsp Salt, Table
1/2 tbsp Extra Virgin Olive Oil

Recipe Directions for Microwaved Crisps / Potato Chips

  1. Cut potato into thin, round slices.

  2. Toss in a bowl with salt and olive oil.

  3. Arrange slices in a single layer on a microwaveable plate.

  4. Microwave, uncovered, until they start turning brown.

  5. Turn over and mivcrowave until they go brown at the edges.

  6. Take out to cool.

  7. Repeat with remaining slices.
