Recipe Ingredients for Microwaveable chocolate cake

100 g self-raising flour
15 g cocoa powder
90 g margarine
90 g caster sugar
2 eggs
50 g white chocolate

Recipe Directions for Microwaveable chocolate cake

  1. Sift the flour and the cocoa powder into a bowl

  2. Cream the margarine and sugar until light and fluffy, then gently beat in the contents of one egg

  3. Add about two spoons of the flour/cocoa mix and stir until incorporated

  4. Add the second egg and beat the mixture.

  5. Add the flour/cocoa mix a little at a time, folding in gently

  6. Stir in the white choc drops

  7. Spoon mixture into plastic boxes

  8. Microwave on high for one minute. Remove and test with a skewer. If not cooked properly, cook again for half a minute at a time until finished. Leave to cool.
