1 mushroom
1/2 cup spinach
1 oz goat cheese
1 turkey sausage link

Recipe Directions for Microwave Omelet

  1. Precook sausage, spinach & mushroom.

  2. Mix 3 eggs and divide between 2 sides of microwave omelet maker.

  3. Sprinkle with goat cheese.

  4. Cook on high approx 3 mins.
