Recipe Ingredients for Microwave Chocolate Brownie

1/4 c. whole wheat flour
1/4 c. brown sugar
1 pinch of salt
1/8 tsp. baking powder
2 tbsp. cocoa powder
2 tbsp. rice milk
1 tbsp. margarine
2 tbsp. pecans
2 tbsp. chocolate chips

Recipe Directions for Microwave Chocolate Brownie

  1. Combine dry ingredients in a small bowl.

  2. Add liquid ingredients and mix until just combined.

  3. Add nuts and chocolate pieces. Scrape the sides of the bowl and flatten the top.

  4. Microwave on high for 3 minutes (or less--keep an eye out), until a toothpick in the center comes out clean. Let cool 1 minute and then dig in!
