Recipe Ingredients for Microwave Brownies

1 banana, mashed
3/4 cup sugar
1/4 cup olive oil
1 teaspoon vanilla
1 cup flour
4 tablespoons cocoa
1/2 teaspoon salt
1 tablespoon chocolate chips

Recipe Directions for Microwave Brownies

  1. Mix wet ingredients in a bowl. Add dry ingredients, and mix everything together well. Put in a small microwavable safe dish that's been greased up with cooking spray.

  2. Sprinkle with chocolate chips and microwave on high for 4-5 minutes (depending on how gooey you like them).
