Recipe Ingredients for Microwave Baked Potato Soup

4 large potatoes
1/4 lb of bacon, cooked and diced
2 cups broccoli
4 oz cheddar cheese
1 cup cream cheese
1 1/2 cups fat free half and half

Recipe Directions for Microwave Baked Potato Soup

  1. Cut potatoes into chunks and put in a microwave safe container. Microwave for 5-10 minutes.

  2. take out and break potatoes into smaller chunks. Add diced bacon and broccolli.

  3. warm cream cheese and half and half in microwave together for 2 minutes.

  4. add cream and cheese mixture to the potato container.

  5. grate in the cheddar cheese. Microwave for another 5-10 minutes, until hot.
