1 small apple
2 tablespoons mozzarella cheese
1 pinch cinnamon

Recipe Directions for Microwave Apple Melt

  1. Cut apple into 8 wedges, cut out core, and place wedges close together, skin side down, on a microwaveable plate. Microwave for 2 minutes, or until apple wadges are softened but aren't mushy

  2. Sprinkle cheese over wedges, sprinkle with cinnamon. Microwave 30 seconds to 1 minute, or until cheese melts. Serve warm.
