Recipe Ingredients for Micks famous wholewheat and white seeded loaf

2 1/4 cups wholewheat flour
2 cups strong white flour
1/4 oz sunflower seeds
1/4 oz pumpkin seeds
1/4 oz flaxseed
1/4 oz sesame seeds
1 1/2 teaspoon yeast
1 teaspoon salt
1 tablespoon vegetable oil
1 teaspoon sugar

Recipe Directions for Micks famous wholewheat and white seeded loaf

  1. Bread maker recipe. Follow bread makers instructions to what ingredient go in and when, once dough is formed and ready, place on floured surface knead gentle to form a round and place on a polenta dusted baking sheet. Leave to rest with a clean cloth on top for 30 minutes.

  2. Pre heat oven to gas mark 7 and cook bread for 30 minutes, after 30minutes turn the bread and lower the heat to gas mark 6 and cook for a further 10 minutes.
