Recipe Ingredients for Michelle's West Indian Red Bean Soup

3 cup Dark Red Kidney Beans
1 cup, chopped Onions
3 serving Chicken Bouillon Cubes
3 clove Garlic
1 tbsp Cumin Seed
9 grams Indian Spices Garam Masala
0.5 Teaspoon Chilli Powder
1 tsp Cinnamon, Ground
1 cup, chopped Peppers, Sweet, Red
1 cup Potatoes, Boiled

Recipe Directions for Michelle's West Indian Red Bean Soup

Soak beans overnight. Drain and cover with fresh water. Cook with garlic and onion for a few hours, add spices at the end with bouillion and potatoes
