Recipe Ingredients for Michelle's fajitas

1 1/2 red peppers
1/2 large onion diced
250 g chicken breast
3 tbsp oil

Recipe Directions for Michelle's fajitas

  1. Chop the vegetables into chunks.

  2. Heat oil in a pan.

  3. Add chicken to oil and stir fry.

  4. When chicken is almost cooked, add onion in and soften. Then add peppers and sprinkle with fajita mix (lightly)
