Recipe Ingredients for Michelle's Burrito filling

2 clove Garlic
1 tbsp Olive Oil
1 medium (2-1/2" dia) Onions
1 medium (approx 2-3/4" long, 2-1/2" dia) Peppers, Sweet, Green
8 oz All Natural Medium Salsa
12 oz Black Beans, Organic

Recipe Directions for Michelle's Burrito filling

  1. Saute the veggies in the oil til they start to brown

  2. Drain a can of black beans and rinse them, and put them in with the veggies.

  3. Throw in a cup of salsa.

  4. Let is simmer, stirring now and then.

  5. Use as burrito filling with a little shredded cheddar cheese
