Recipe Ingredients for Michele's Turkey Meatballs

1 1/4 lbs. ground turkey
1 cup bread crumbs
1 tsp. oregano
1 tsp. basil
1 tsp. garlic powder
1 large egg

Recipe Directions for Michele's Turkey Meatballs

  1. beat egg slightly.

  2. Mix all ingredients together well and roll into 20 small balls of about 1 inch in diameter.

  3. Bake at 400 degrees for about 30 minutes.

  4. These can be frozen in a freezer bag (after chilling in the refrigerator) for up to 6 months.

  5. These are great with spaghetti squash and marinara sauce, or sliced in a sandwich with sauce on top.
