1 tbsp Sage, Ground
1/4 tsp Sea Salt
2 carrot Carrots
1 cup, chopped Kale
0.75 cup, sliced Squash, Summer, Zucchini, Includes Skin
0.75 cup, sliced Squash, Summer, Zucchini, Includes Skin
1 cup pieces Mushrooms
0.25 cup Asparagus
1 cup Spinach
2 serving Vegan Topping Parmesan Flavor
670 grams Red Potatoes
0.25 serving Westsoy Longevity (Soy Milk)
2 tbsp Grapeseed Oil

Recipe Directions for Michael's Veggie Tatters

  1. Quarter potatoes, boil.

  2. Steam veggies - spinach.

  3. Mash potatoes w/ seasonings, spinach, and wet ingredients.

  4. Cover veggies w/ potato mix then "cheese" of your choice in oven safe pan.

  5. Bake for 15 min.

  6. Enjoy!!
