Yummy Low fat veggie soup with a mexican twist.

Recipe Ingredients for Mexistrone

15 1/2 ounce red kidney beans, rinsed and drained
15 1/2 ounce pinto beans, rinsed and drained
46 oz bottle low sodium V-8 juice
21 ounce canned Mexican style stewed tomatoes
16 ounce frozen corn, thawed
1 cup sliced carrots
1 cup yellow onion, chopped
2 tablespoons chicken bouillon cubes
2 teaspoons basil
1 1/2 teaspoons oregano
1 teaspoon fresh ground black pepper

Recipe Directions for Mexistrone

Put all ingredients in a crock pot and cook on low all day!
