Recipe Ingredients for mexican zucchni parm

1 small Squash, Summer, Zucchini, Includes Skin
1 oz Venison
1/2 cup Cheese
10 medium raw Tomato Roma
1/2 medium White Onion
1/2 tsp Garlic Powder
1 tsp Sea Salt
1/4 serving Extra Virgin Olive Oil
1 tbsp Corn Starch
1 fl oz Water
2 tbsp dried cilantro

Recipe Directions for mexican zucchni parm

grind up the venison or just use ground venison...thinly slice the zucchini, place into boiling water to precook.. layer some zucchini, top with ground cooked venison, dried cilantro, then top with 1/2 of the cheese.. repeat the process ... place into the oven for 15-20 mins...
