Crumbled turkey, tomatoes and black beans

Recipe Ingredients for Mexican Turkey, Tomatoes and Black Beans

350 grams butterball turkey breakfast sausage
1/2 cup, chopped Onions
4 cup Spinach
2 tsp Cumin
1 tsp Chili Powder
1/2 tsp Garlic Powder
2 cup Tomatoes, Red, Ripe with chilis
390 grams Black Beans

Recipe Directions for Mexican Turkey, Tomatoes and Black Beans

  1. Brown sausage with spices. Add in onion and cook until opaque.

  2. Chop fresh spinach (or use frozen) and add to turkey mixture.

  3. Drain beans and rinse. Add to turkey mixture. Add in tomatoes with chilis.

  4. Cook on low heat for about 30 min. 1 cup is serving.

  5. Serve over brown rice.
