Mexican Turkey and Rice Recipe

Used leftover cooked brown rice and turkey thigh meat. Good pantry meal.

Recipe Ingredients for Mexican turkey and rice

200 g cooked brown rice
8 oz bell peppers
14 1/2 oz canned diced tomatoes
1 T diced green chilies
200 g turkey dark meat
1 t chili powder
1/2 t cumin
1 t worcestershire sauce

Recipe Directions for Mexican turkey and rice

Saute frozen pepper stir fry mix. Add canned tomatoes and seasoning. Stir in cooked rice and turkey. Garnish with 2 Tabs of shredded cheese.
