Recipe Ingredients for Mexican Turkey Lasagne

1 lb Poultry food products, ground turkey, raw
1 can (398ml) Diced Tomatoes
1 tsp Chili Powder
1 tsp Cumin
1/2 tsp Spices Ground Coriander
3 tbsp Salsa Mild
3 medium (4-1/8" long) Onions, Spring Or Scallions
8 serving Tortilla White Flour, small
1 cup Cheddar Old, light (Cracker Barrel), grated

Recipe Directions for Mexican Turkey Lasagne

  1. Fry ground turkey and drain fat.

  2. Add diced tomatoes and stir until mixture simmers.

  3. Add refried beans and stir until combined.

  4. Add seasonings and green onions.

  5. In a square glass pan, lay a thin layer of turkey mixture, cover with 1 layer of tortillas (cut if necessary to fit), add a layer of turkey and 1/3 of cheese.

  6. Continue layering, finishing with cheese.

  7. Bake for 20-30 minutes until hot and cheese is melted.
