Recipe Ingredients for Mexican Torte

20 oz Chorizo Sausage
1 cup, sliced Onions
4 oz Green Chile Peppers
8 serving Mission Foods, Mission Flour Tortillas, Soft Taco, 8 Inch
9 oz Refried Beans, Canned
9 oz Pepper Jack Cheese
7 oz Red Roasted Peppers
1 clove Garlic

Recipe Directions for Mexican Torte

Cook Chorizo, onion & garlic till sausage is done. Drain grease & add chiles. Heat oven to 400 and grease pan. Put 2 tortillas in pan, spead on sausage, spread on half of cheese, add tortilla, spread on beans, Add tortilla, then layer with peppers and 2 more tortillas. Spread with remaining sausage and cheese. Bake 40 min covered then 15 min uncovered until cheese is melted and center hot. Cool 10 mins then cut.
